The primary focus is education of the family in the process of advocating for their child's needs. This is accomplished through one to one training with families regarding their child's needs and goals and resources available throughout the community. The ultimate goal is for the family to assume the role as case manager with periodic support and assistance.
- Attend IPP with regional center
- Attend IEP with school district
- Coordinate and attend physician appointments
- Advocate for therapy and equipment through CCS, Regional Center or insurance companies
